Photo Release Policy 

In consideration of Boston Whaler Inc. (or an agent thereof) using photography/videography/film of me and/or my minor children that I have uploaded to the Boston Whaler Owners Club website, I/we,hereby consent to the publishing, electronic broadcast, printing and/or exhibiting of myself/ourselves by Boston Whaler Inc., its designees and syndicators, and their use of the same or duplicates thereof, in any manner whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) the commercial use, sale publication, display, and exhibition thereof in promotion and advertising, and without compensation to me/us therefore; it being understood that sufficient and valuable compensation is received by reason of such publication or use, and that the film and the originals there of shall be the sole property of Boston Whaler Inc., its designees and syndicators; and I hereby convey to them for value received the right to confer any of the above rights and privileges upon others without obligation of any kind by them. As per my agreement and pursuant to becoming a Boston Whaler Owners Club member, I hereby give consent for Boston Whaler to use any photos or videos that I have uploaded to the site for any promotional purposes as detailed above.
